Basic Principal

To get started with AquaTrax v2 you first create a new setup for each of your aquariums. To this setup you then add all of your equipment and livestock, from the tank to the plants, to the snails and even the timer the lights are on. All of this can be easily done by adding items from the in-built database of equipment and livestock provided. You will have the opportunity to record not only what you have but where, when and how much you bought it for; we have even included a large number of the UK’s larger shops and websites for your convenience too.

This doesn't mean that if an item is not in the database that you can’t add it. In fact you can add to or edit the main database very simply, then synchronize your entry with our main database via the internet making the data available to all other AquaTrax v2 users, keeping the main database comprehensive and up to date.

Having spent the time replicating your setups within AquaTrax, you can then record ongoing data such as water changes, water test results, water treatments added, etc. against them. Over time this information will build to give you a full picture of your setup helping you to spot trends and potential problems.

You can even record things that we haven’t thought of. AquaTrax v2 has been designed to allow full customization for your needs.

We have even provided a simulator so that you can see just how your setup is behaving over a 24 hour period, allowing you to tweak those timers as well as find out just how much the electricity is going to cost, well we couldn't just give you the good points!
