Import / Export Data

Export

AquaTrax v2 allows you to export all of your data into a variety of formats such as CSV (comma separated value) files, Text files or HTML (web) files. You can export data from various parts of AquaTrax v2 such as search results or from the reports section. You will find this facility useful for putting your AquaTrax v2 data into other applications such as Microsoft Excel, or even for creating your own website on their aquariums. You can even publish your setup as a web page in the Fish Keeping Forum. Corporate users may wish to export certain reports as web pages for including on their own web site to better serve their customers.

Import v1

Unfortunately due to the significant changes to the v2 system it has not been possible to automatically recreate the equipment details of your v1 setup in v2. But you will be able to import all of your past water tests and water changes. If you would prefer not to have to recreate your setup from scratch then for a limited time AquaCom are offering to do it for you completely free of charge for all users that have registered AquaTrax v1 before 1st August 2008. All you need to do is send us your v1 files and we will then add everything for you. (We may need to discuss certain aspects of your v1 file if it is not clear what equipment that you have). We will then send a new data file back to you which you can then directly import giving you complete replication of your setup.
